<description>Hey, you are perfect the way you are. Now move forward. Accept who you are. Besides we&#039;re always evolving. We&#039;re also either growing or we&#039;re dying. It sounds like what happened is that you found yourself in bliss and happiness and then came to a dead stop. But we&#039;re not allowed to be just content, not for long. We have to keep changing and improving.

So it&#039;s okay. This was a lesson to be learned. I&#039;ve gone through quite a ride myself. Lately when I start feeling the jitters or numb, I follow my master&#039;s advice and stop what what I&#039;m doing and go within. I get centred, find my answers and direction again, and then now exactly what correct actions I must take. That&#039;s true power, just following spirit.

I know you&#039;re doing exactly this now, right here.

Cheers.

<description>Well done Jared. I can totally relate and identify with your situation and position. Discovering self is very much an uncovering of what is. Getting past the covers can be trickey and time consumming or distracting. When we walk on our journey, we can appear to be sidetracted, but where ever we are on our path is where we are ment to be, all part of the process of finding/discovering our selves. I am beginning to discover that I am not discovering myself, but rather been showen my self. It takes more than me for this to happen.
I send you many hugs and love on your journey.
Enjoy being your self. this is the gift we have been given in order to discover there is more than self.

<description>You are so brave and that is inspiring!

As a Life Coach or inspirational figure of any kind it can be all too easy to fear imperfection in ourselves and hide it away. I am attending the Hoffman Process this week and, like you, have chosen to share my journey with my readers and clients.

There is no change without chaos preceding - a universal law and although it is often unpleasant to be in the midst of chaos - oh how good it is when we pop out the other side, rid of more layers and ready to move forward with integrity and passion!

All power to you Jared and here&#039;s cheering you on every step of the way!
