Prelude to My Life

I have spent my life living by the words of the great Napoleon Hill who once said, “What the mind of man can conceive and believe, he will achieve.” This quote deals with the power associated with manifestation and our ability to envision our ideal life which will eventually come to fruition with consistent focus and action. The reason that I am bringing this to your attention is because I have been working on ME INC. for many years and have come to realize that I have only just begun. But what has enabled me to get to the point where I currently stand today is Napoleon Hill’s philosophy of starting with the end in mind. I literally picture myself serving millions of people by the means of the power associated with the spoken and written word. I have the vision of revealing the TRUTH OF LIFE and inspiring people to live the life that they create for themselves as opposed to the life that someone or something has created for them to live. This is when the concept of Brandentity was born, but before I embark on this journey with you, I want you to understand how I evolved to this point because I am just an ordinary guy who has made the commitment to become extraordinary. It is time for me to be transparent…

The Journey Begins

About eight years ago, I was reading an inspirational story and came across this statement; People come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime, which resulted in the beginning of my crusade to leave a legacy. The author was unknown, but the message had a profound affect on how I would live my life moving forward. I made the decision that I wanted to become a LIFETIME partner in the lives of each person that entered my world. I began reading all different types of literature in order to create and establish my identity. It started with personal development, philosophy, spirituality, neuro-linguistic programming, disorders/addictions, exercise physiology, nutrition and anything that would enable me to become clearer of my purpose. As I began my studies, I decided to make the commitment to prevent myself from simply internalizing all of these messages, and instead, to share my intellectual capital with the world.

I have always been a wellness fanatic, when it comes to fitness and nutrition, but my disciplinary lifestyle evolved to an entirely new level once I entered college. I would train my body for at least 3 hours each day and then train my mind for a couple of hours as well. One afternoon when I was in the gym, I began looking around and realized that people would often stare at me because of my physique. The first thing that came to my mind was that many of my peers probably considered me to be a “meat head,” or in other words, “All Brawn and NO Brains.” This was a perturbing concept because what it enabled me to realize is that we live in an extremely judgemental society. People viewed me as a surface level individual and each person who stared at me immediately came to their own conclusion. When I went home that evening, I began my career as a writer when I published my first poem, “All Brawn and MORE Brains.” This was the catalyst for something incredible and I decided to start a personal training business where I would begin inspiring people to realize that tomorrow can be even better than today. Although I was a personal trainer, the majority of my time was spent working on the headspace of my clients, and the results that each individual experienced were profound. People began losing weight, exercising, eating healthy, dating, and most importantly, establishing an identity of self confidence.

My Purpose was Revealed

This is when I realized that my purpose is to see something in people that they did not see in themselves and empower them to live with purpose by establishing an identity. As I continued writing, sharing my message, acting as a life trainer, and further developing my identity, I decided to graduate college early and become a partner in a start-up company. This proved to be an unbelievable learning experience as I had the chance to see a company evolve from an idea. As my journey of life continued, I was recruited to Wall Street where I would enter the world of finance and the concept of Brandentity became clearer.

Don’t Dare Take What is Rightfully Mine

During my time working in finance, I realized the corporate giant that employed me was trying to steal something from me that is the most valuable asset in my life; my IDENTITY. I was told to only associate with a unique breed of people, to comb my hair a certain way, to exercise less because I did not look like a Wall Streeter, and for the most part compromise to the ways of the organization. I felt myself becoming a number and as I looked around the office, I began to realize the devastating affects of lacking an identity because everyone began to look the same. I decided that I was going to take a proactive stance and started Jared Yellin Revisited, which was an email subscription that addressed the concept of LIVING. This was also not well received by the financial institution that I worked for and I realized that in order for me to impact the lives of the identity-less, I needed to not become one of them, and thus I made the decision to move on to the next chapter in my life.

I Want to Reach the Masses

I decided to do what others do not even think to do and began developing a platform that would deliver wellness services to corporations in order to get employees healthier. My goal was to find a solution to the current HEALTHCARE crisis, which happens to be derived from a nation that is suffering from an IDENTITY Crisis. Through my research, I connected with a number of icons within the world of wellness and began working together to refine my idea and take action on developing my wellness solution. As a result of this process, I was introduced to the founder of a wellness company in New Jersey, and immediately joined the company because it was completely congruent with my premise for my life and purpose.

I began working with doctors of chiropractic, wellness professionals, gyms, corporations, and communities in order to spread the word of wellness. This included inspiring, educating, and empowering people to make changes in their lives so that they would have the ability to define and reach their full potential. This experience has allowed me to make the final step to developing BRANDENTITY because after working with people as a personal trainer, life coach, inspirational speaker, director of corporate wellness, financial advisor on Wall Street, and experiencing my parent’s divorce at a young age, I realized that our country is in PAIN and needs to be Brandentified in order to have tomorrow be even better than today.

An Empire Is Born

This was the journey to the development of Brandentity. As you can see, there were a number of eye opening experiences on this voyage that became the catalyst for Brandentity to be born and I know that there will be a number of additional events that take place which will allow for this revolution to grow and evolve. What I need from you is to share the message because we need to curb the plague that negatively impacts at least one area of every single person’s life. The more people who join BRANDENTITY and become part of the Identity Revolution, the better our country will be as a whole because like I mentioned in the beginning of this section, the root to every crisis that our country experiences is due to the lack of identity of the majority. Let’s work together to put an end to this epidemic and begin to live the life that we create for ourselves as opposed to the life that someone else has created for us to live.
