Innovation is a deep passion of mine and I invite you to also make it a deep passion of yours…
Most people think of innovation as highly technical, difficult to understand, and very impractical for the everyday person…
They think of robots…
They think of space…
They think of labs…
They think of things that they absolutely don’t understand and as a result - they don’t allow themselves to enjoy the experience of innovation.
What if every person on the planet was an innovator?
They were able to see inefficiencies…
They were able to find solutions…
They were able to articulate what showed up…
Guess what…
You are a FREAKIN innovator because you can already do this…
I often joke with my mom, who is my best friend, because she barely can figure out her cell phone on a good day, but she’s such an innovator.
She sees inefficiency…
She finds solutions…
She can articulate what showed up!
But innovation is happening VERY quickly…
Like every single day there are seismic breakthroughs in the world…
And I think this is what holds most people back from participating…
I think most people believe that their innovation is not grand enough…
I think most people doubt that their impact will be significant enough….
I think most people default to comparing themselves against other innovators…
And as a result - most people don’t innovate.
But CILA Labs will launch 10,000 tech companies (innovative tech companies) by 2031.
I don’t forecast that many of these tech companies will build robots...
I don’t predict that many of these tech companies will go to space…
I don’t expect that many of these tech companies will end up in a lab…
But what I am 100% certain of is that the vast vast vast majority of these tech companies will solve everyday inefficiencies for everyday people and businesses.
That’s what excites me…
That’s what motivates me…
That’s INNOVATION!
Innovation is creating solutions for the MOST people…
Innovation is eliminating inefficiencies that are impacting the MOST people…
Innovation is not complex, actually rather obvious, and something needed by the MOST people…
Allow me to share a story with you about Peggy.
Peggy is a Co-Founder of a CILA Labs portfolio company, but I can promise you in a million years Peggy NEVER looked in the mirror and said…
“I’m an innovator.”
But boy oh boy, Peggy is!
She's the mom of six children…
She is a farmer’s wife…

This legal pad was filled with her ideas, her thoughts, and her innovations and she decided to submit this vision to CILA Labs.

But the alternative is also possible as well…

“I am smart enough…”
“I am an innovator…”
This will arm you with the belief system to move full steam ahead, BUT, this is NOT enough.
Now you must act…
Now you must find your ISA (Inefficiency, Solution, Articulation)...
