I will never forget when I had the courage to raise my hand to my calling…
I just recently sold my position in a company that became rather toxic based on conflicting values with my Co-Founders and taking a temporary hiatus to catch my breath seemed like the normal thing to do until…
I was called!
I was called to bring radical transparency to the software development industry…
I was called to do something that has never been done before…
I was called to make 10,000 dreams a reality…

This is not a woo-woo experience.
I was walking on the beach in Westport, CT in deep thought about my next chapter and I felt like I was the only person in the world at that very moment…
