The number of people in a position of leadership that are putting on a facade when deep down they are walking around insecure about something from their past or present or future is significant…
And this leads to a world without LEADERS!

It’s time you rewrite the story of lack and transform it into OPPORTUNITY - OPPORTUNITY - OPPORTUNITY!

- We moved to Naples, FL about 120 days ago because Connecticut violated our family code (made this decision in one week).
- CILA LABS has over 40 companies - all of which - will change the world!
- SYNDUIT has launched 15 versions of our software in different industries.
- I am more present with my children and wife than I have ever been.
- My creative juice is on FIRE and I am in a state of pure innovation.
- My relationship capital has accelerated because I don’t think twice about reaching out to people I know I can help.
And my list goes on and on and on…
I am not sharing this for you to feel like I have some power that you don’t…
I am sharing it because I have made the choice to UP my leadership game - without any doubt or insecurity - and I encourage you deeply to do the same.
