For many years of my entrepreneurial life I ran a very successful marketing agency. We grew to hundreds of clients who invested $1,000’s a month and I knew the name of EVERY person.


I was also wildly romantic about my six-week foundational success experience that we guided EVERY client through for an hour a week for the first six weeks and then an hour a week every other week forever.


But there was a problem with this model…


There were only so many hours…

There were only so many weeks…

There were only so many people I could hire…


I built a LIMITED scale business which happens to be what most people do and the reason they do this is because of none other than a LIMITING belief…


If I scale, my life will become complex.

If I scale, I will lose touch with my clients.

If I scale, my service will depreciate.

If I scale, I will have too much business to manage.


And these beliefs are rooted in absolutely ZERO truth other than one thing…


The one truth about scale is that you will have TOO MUCH BUSINESS but NOT too much to manage…


And I can assure you that NO ONE has ever said NO to TOO MUCH BUSINESS unless they were NOT built to scale.


I had this conversation really early on with the Co-Founder of Carli.ai, which is a CILA Labs portfolio company.


She told me that one of the reasons she has always held herself back as an entrepreneur is because if she grew too much she would not be able to be the MOM she wanted to be…


WHERE DO BELIEFS LIKE THIS COME FROM?!?!?!


I challenged this thought process immediately by using myself as an example…


“Chantelle, the more I scaled the more freedom I have as a dad...PERIOD!”


Her entire paradigm was shifted and I am about to shift yours as well…


I don’t care if you own a brick and mortar business that can only serve a few mile radius…

I don’t care if you are a hands on business owner like a chiropractor or dentist…

I don’t care if you have a super unique skill set that only you are qualified to do…


You must find SOMETHING to scale in your life - otherwise - you won’t have the benefits of scale…

Health

Financial

Geographical

Spiritual

Adventure

Impact

Contribution

Parenting

Relationship


All of this becomes more accessible, more exciting, and more plentiful as you scale and if anyone tells you otherwise, that’s because they don’t understand the three pillars of limitless scale…


I will touch on these pillars in a moment, but give me a chance to contradict myself…


Most business models CAN’T scale…


If you are a chiropractor or dentist your ability to experience limitless scale is impossible…

If you are a landscaper or service professional your ability to experience limitless scale is impossible…

If you are an employee or corporate executive your ability to experience limitless scale is impossible…


But what IS possible is doing what you do with a SCALING mentality and/or allocating time/money into limitless scale opportunities…


One of which is investing in early-stage technology…


If you can’t create it, then invest in it OR find a way to do both…

What I have learned as a result of scaling SYNDUIT in a limitless fashion is that there are three key pillars to making scale possible…

Well, I do this!

Okay, someone said YES when you sleep - how can you get them started? YES, without you, without a phone call, without anything other than automation.


Onboarding is a series of steps people can take on their own to make progress and your ideal ideal ideal outcome is that they can actually get started.


The 1,000’s of people who paid me when I was sleeping ALSO gained extreme value from me even before I woke up because of the onboarding processes we have established.


We believe onboarding should do the following…


1 - Setup their experience

2 - Allow them to experience the experience

3 - Learn what they don’t know
