I love leaders…
Like I am beyond impressed with people who choose to lead EVEN IF I don’t believe in what they are leading…
If someone has the courage to STEP UP - I honor that!
And the reason I give such credit to the LEADERS is because most are part of the herd…
The HERD is the group that is waiting to be told what to do…
The HERD is the group operating from a place of fear…
The HERD is the group that will usually complain that they don’t have what they ultimately want…
AND AND - the herd is the vast majority of the world.
This is why LEADERS stand out to me…
And like I said - I don’t care about the philosophy of the leader - I just care if they are leading.
Real LEADERS also don’t judge others who are leading…
^^^The above is why I often play no role in politics because most people in politics are not leading - they are judging, critiquing, and trying to bring the other party down.
Leading to me is not the loudest voice, but rather the most decisive.
Leading to me is not the boldest goal, but rather the person who accomplished the most…
Leading to me is doing what is RIGHT regardless of who is watching - even if it’s no one…
But guess what…
LEADING is a choice…
LEADING is a decision…
LEADING is intention…
You are about to have your mind blown because LEADERS ARE NOT BORN…
They are DECIDED, not by outside forces or labels, but by themselves.
When I was 7 years old - I stepped into leadership and never looked back…
For me - it started on the baseball field and then it transitioned to people who were not as popular as I was…
I stood for them…
I believed in them…
I empowered them…
This might sound odd since I was 7 - but I made the choice to lead and then I followed through.
I was not born with this ability - I chose it and I have focused on it every day since.
There is not a day that goes by where someone does not tell me I am the greatest leader they have ever met and as much as I appreciate this statement - I know it’s true.
Not from arrogance…
And definitely not from ego…
But rather…
I am so insanely intentional with my leadership that I KNOW I am showing up as the optimal person for others to follow.
AND…
This is a CHOICE!
And it’s a choice that you are able to make TODAY and begin your leadership journey…
And the handful of people who do…
Will create a legacy as long as they follow-through...
The world is in shambles and I can assure you that the herd is NOT fixing the problems - but you will - as the leader.
So - what do you choose?
Follow the herd...
Or Lead it!
I believe that every message we see, every relationship we establish, and every situation in our lives is meant to be…
I believe in this deeply...
And I also believe that if you are reading this message…
IT is 100% meant to be - so follow-through on what shows up and step into the LEADER you are meant to be…
Don’t think about it…
Just do it...
