WHY do people suppress their LEADER?
WHY do people hold back from showcasing their LEADER?
WHY do people associate being too showy, too determined, too alpha with their LEADER?
When I say THEIR LEADER what I am referring to is something that everyone has inside…
It’s THEIR LEADER!
And everyone needs to make a choice whether they access it and use it OR if they ignore it and waste it.
I am probably one of the least chauvinistic people you will ever meet so this next statement is rooted in my own objective observation NOT in “societal pressure or norms.”
WOMEN often access their LEADER at home, but suppress it in everyday life.
MEN often deny their LEADER at home, but exert it in their everyday life.
BOTH GENDERS are picking and choosing if/when THEIR LEADER shows up and in the process, they are NOT leading.
Your LEADER must be present in all areas of your life…
-Health
-Wealth
-Career
-Parenting
-Relationship
-Spirituality/Religion
Your LEADER is not something you turn on or turn off when it’s convenient, comfortable, or the time is right.
It’s part of you…
It IS you…
It’s your freaking CODE!
Here’s what I know about MY LEADER…
When I walk into ANY room - whether it’s a boardroom, my bedroom, the playroom, the beach, a stadium, the bank, the gym, or ANY room - my presence is felt because MY LEADER is present!
And this has nothing to do with me…
This has to do with YOU having the courage to let your LEADER shine…
LET your LEADER stand out…
LET your LEADER become known…
LET your LEADER emerge…
Because right here right now ladies and gentlemen and boys and girls…
We NEED LEADERS…
We need examples…
We need DO AS I DOERS…
We need role-models…
We need mentors…
We need fearless warriors…
WE NEED YOUR LEADER!
And this is not a higher power…
And this is not your spouse…
And this is not your boss…
And this is not the President…
This is YOU!
We need LEADERS without titles…
We need LEADERS without “power...”
We need LEADERS without ego…
We need YOUR LEADER TO EMERGE!
And here’s the added benefit of allowing your LEADER to show up…
It’s DAMN SEXY!
And anyone who feels otherwise needs to check their own insecurity at the front door and get out of your way because YOUR LEADER is fine...YOUR LEADER is glorious...YOUR LEADER is damn sexy!!!

I am NOT looking to excite you, motivate you, or hype you…
I am looking to help you make the choice…
Make the choice right here and right now to step into YOUR LEADER and let it shine, let it emerge, and let it be present NOT when it feels right OR when it’s the right time or when it’s your place…
