I am often asked...how do you do it?


The IT they are referring to is the number of ideas I have in motion at all times…


For example…


Since June of 2020…


We have launched close to 20 tech companies that have limitless scale….

We launched an Angel Investor Network called ChangeMaker Ventures

We will publish a book from start to finish in about 2 months…

We launched a personal branded website for me in less than one week…

We launched 15 private labels of SYNDUIT

We have a content creation calendar that surpasses anything I have ever seen…


And guess what…


We are CRAZY and WE LOVE IT!


The WE I am referring to is our team…


I believe in an autonomous work force where people live and operate on their own terms but there is one rule…


EVERYTHING is possible….


And the moment even more people doubt the possibility and they are limiting what is possible…


And and - there is zero space for anything other than...everything is possible!


But This Mentality Starts With YOU As the Leader (STEP ONE)…


The reason why many business owners have a company that is either growing really slowly or digressing is because of the doubts that exist within the leader.


I almost never quote anyone, but Napoleon Hill says it best…


“Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”


If you can’t conceive the business you desire and you don’t believe you can get there, then there is zero chance you will achieve it.


So, it starts with you…


What is your level of certainty on a scale of 1-10 that you can grow your business to 7-figures?

What is your level of certainty on a scale of 1-10 that you can grow your business to 8-figures?


Okay next question…


What is your level of certainty on a scale of 1-10 that as your business grows you will improve your quality of life and freedom?


Okay next question…


What is your level of certainty on a scale of 1-10 that you have the skills needed to accomplish your business and life goals?


If there is any question with an answer of anything other than 10, the likelihood of you hitting whatever target you have set for yourself is shunted and in turn…


Your CRAZY team will not be sooo CRAZY after all because teams can never surpass the certainty of their leaders…


Please read this again…


Teams can never surpass the certainty of their leaders.


So that’s the first step…


Get crazy enough to think and know you can get what you want…


Even when people tell you that you can’t…

I believe that the universal desire in a career is FREEDOM and the moment that this desire is prevented is the moment that the business is held back.


Here’s how I roll…


Every person I hire (or partner with) gets 100% of my trust on day one and the only thing that can do from that point is lose my trust.


Once my trust is lost - it can’t be reclaimed and that is when our paths will also come to an end.


This is a KNOWN and it’s the only absolute and universal requirement…


DO THE RIGHT THING REGARDLESS OF WHO IS WATCHING!


Based on this foundational premise, people have autonomy and are able to run with initiatives that they believe will support what I set out as the vision for the company.


I never micro-manage…

I never get in their way…

I never create a ceiling…


Everyone who works WITH me..works WITH ME!


It’s not a FOR me mentality, rather, we are IN THIS TOGETHER!


AND, I will never ask anyone to do anything that I refuse to do myself, but the reason I ask them to do anything WITH me is because whatever I am delegating is their FLAME and not mine.


This dynamic creates an insane level of commitment from people because they know I am committed to them, but even more importantly - they have the FREEDOM to think, act, reassess, and act some more.


If your goal is to have a CRAZY team like me, then autonomy is an absolute non-negotiable.

Everyone must abide by CRAZY if you plan on making your CRAZY ideas real.


Certainty is key and is followed by the rituals, followed by the actions, followed by the energy, followed by personal responsibility to achieve the stated outcomes.


I am in a constant state of tracking where people are on their route to show up like the CRAZY person we need them to be in order to bring our audacious ideas to life.


I can assure you that no one has ever done anything meaningful in the world without a whole ton of CRAZY and a CRAZY team who was able to match their energy and create a synergistic accelerator.


So, you might be thinking, “I get it but how do I transfer my crazy?”


Here’s how I do it…


1 - I get CERTAIN on my outcome with only one plan - PLAN A.

2 - I setup rituals where I bring my CRAZY idea and energy to the team via group meetings.

3 - I take daily action so that when I am in my rituals I can share what is transpiring since most people don’t have daily visibility.

4- I bring a level of energy that is impossible to NOT match so my energy elevates the whole.

5 - I talk about personal responsibility but even more importantly - I take responsibility for my FLAME!


This is the type of LEADING by example that is needed to transfer your CRAZY!


Finally - Make Your Idea(s) Real...TOGETHER!


The last stop on this journey is to make your ideas REAL, which means that your Certainty, Rituals, Actions, Zeal, and personal responsibility (You) MUST lead to the outcome you are looking to achieve which is to make your CRAZY idea a reality.


This is discipline…

This is dedication...

This is commitment…


This is a whole bunch of C-R-A-Z-Y because most people have ideas that end up in the graveyard when they leave this beautiful earth, but that won’t be your story as long as you follow the CRAZY 5 steps...
