I find self-worth to be one of the more fascinating topics because there is zero correlation between someone’s self-worth AND…
Their bank account…
Their intimate life…
Their family…
Their career…
Their accomplishments...
Their spirituality or faith…
Etc.
Self-worth is the only uncorrelated area that exists in every person on the planet…
You could have a TON of money…
You could have an INSANE intimate life…
You could have the most WONDERFUL family…
You could have a BOOMING career…
You could have MANY accolades and awards...
You could be CONNECTED to g-d…
And yet…
Feel worthless!!!!
How insane is this?!?!
People have fancy cars…
People have beautiful homes…
People have the ability to travel the world…
People have the “perfect” family…
People have the sexiest bodies…
People have this and that and this and that….
And yet…
ZERO self-love!
ZERO self-respect!
ZERO self-confidence!
All of the THINGS that many people collect mean nothing because when they look in the mirror all that they see is LACK…
They see the little boy who was told they are too slow…
They see the little girl who was told they are too ugly…
They see the little boy who was told they are too stupid…
They see the little girl that was told they were too annoying…
And that image…
And that label…
And that belief…
CONTROLS THEIR ENTIRE LIFE!
But this article is NOT about helping people OVERCOME their self-worth issues…
Instead, I am writing this because of the innocent people who suffer because of someone else's self-worth challenges...
Keep Your LACK Of Self-Worth To YourSELF!
Self-worth goes extremely wrong for me is when someone does not have it and because of this - they bring others around them DOWN!
There have been a few people that I worked very closely with over the years that on the outside looking in seemed to “have it all,” seemed confident, seemed to be a TON of things that they WERE NOT!
The LACK of self-worth that these people experienced day by day became destructive to anyone and everyone close to them because they could not bear living in misery alone.
This is where my WAR-CRY gets loud…
WORK ON YOU!
WORK ON YOU!
WORK ON YOU!
And just for freakin emphasis just in case you are someone who looks like you have it all together but really are tearing people down because of your own pain…
WORK ON YOU!
There are just countless stories of lack of self-worth leading to the demise of so many innocent people…
From celebrities that leverage their wealth and become abusive…
To politicians who use their power for wrong and become disparaging...
To athletes that use their physical strength to become barbaric…
To entrepreneurs who use their genius to become manipulative…
And guess what….
There are sooooooooooooooo many unfortunate stories of self-worth gone EXTREMELY wrong.
But here’s what I want you to know just in case you were on the receiving end of this brutality…
You are whole…
You are worthy…
You are strong…
You are beautiful…
You are talented…
You can be, do, and have anything you desire…
You are smart…
You are loving…
You are ______________
You are ______________
You are ______________
Listen, this article has TWO intentions, but one is my ULTIMATE DESIRE…
First - I want to expose the people who are hurting those around them because their worth is just so fragile. If you know someone who is doing this - BE A LEADER AND CALL THEM OUT!
This behavior must end!
This abuse must be stopped!
This person HAS to be exposed!
Calling them out is not to bring them down but rather to lift up those who are suffering because of them.
There are real horror stories that could have been prevented…
Suicide
Drugs
Feeling of inadequacy
Insane doubt
Depression
And I know that I am giving you the chills but the TRUTH must be exposed and the TRUTH is that someone else’s lack of self-worth should NEVER cripple the life of the innocent!
Second and my ULTIMATE DESIRE - I want the person on the receiving end of this painful situation to realize - there is a silver lining in your suffering...
You just happened to be in the right place at the wrong time…
You just happened to take a job and it forever impacted their life negatively…
You just happened to show up with eyes of naivete to only be taken advantage of…
Once again because you need to FREAKIN read this, believe this, and become this…
You are whole…
You are worthy…
You are strong…
You are beautiful…
You are talented…
You can be, do, and have anything you desire…

I have a feeling that at least one person who reads this message (maybe 100’s, maybe 1,000’s, and maybe 1,000,000’s) will have their paradigm shifted when they recognize that the problem was NEVER them…

But you must convince yourself that all of the pain, challenge, worry, stress, etc. that this human brought on you because they didn’t want to suffer alone happened FOR YOU and not TO YOU!
EVERYTHING in life is an opportunity even if it's disguised as something very unsettling.
Being on the receiving end of terrible treatment is an opportunity in disguise and I ask - even if it makes NO SENSE - just embrace this truth…
THIS HAPPENED FOR YOU and NOT TO YOU!
Do we have a deal before Step 2?!?!
STEP TWO: FEEL - FEEL - FEEL!
The pain associated with your situation is real…
The discomfort associated with this treatment is real…
The fatigue that emerges from being brought down is real…
ALLOW yourself to FEEL IT!
Suppressing this reality will NOT allow you to let go of it…
Sweeping your situation under the rug is NOT the answer…
Pretending like it never happened is NOT the path…
Allow yourself to feel it all even if the discomfort is paralyzing…
FEEL the insecurity of someone else being lashed out on you…
FEEL the limiting beliefs of someone else being burned into you…
FEEL the doubt of someone else's character being transmitted to you…
FEEL - FEEL - FEEL and then…
FEEL YOURSELF LETTING IT ALL GO!
Holding onto the pieces of the past means that you can’t enjoy the entire thing of TODAY!
All that this person represents are pieces and once you FEEL them - let them go forever!
STEP THREE: BECOME THE VICTOR
Get revenge by showing up as your whole, authentic, full, confident, worthy self…
And then live your life boldly, intentionally, and commit to having nothing less than… “IT ALL!”
You heard it here first...you are about to become the FREAKIN victor and it’s time that you step into the state of...THIS HAPPENED FOR ME - NOT - TO ME!
You WON by having this person try to tear you down…
You WON by having to build new muscles to just get by…
You WON because you will NEVER take this treatment again and you are stronger because of it…
BECOMING THE VICTOR is not a hype thing…
BECOMING THE VICTOR is not a thinking exercise…
BECOMING THE VICTOR is not a “sounds good” experience…
BECOMING THE VICTOR MEANS…
You live your life knowing this happened AND using this chapter as your catalyst to never compromise, never negotiate, and never settle for anything less than you deserve in any domain of your life ever again!
And for this alone…
YOU ARE THE FREAKIN VICTOR!

I had the privilege to cross paths with a receiver of this nightmare…
When I met her - I saw light!
When I met her - I saw talent!
When I met her - I saw what she did not see!
But what I also saw was someone who had been squashed by an insecure person…
And this insecure person happened to put on a front…
A front of strength
A front of wealth
A front of philanthropy
A front of being a lover of all
A front that fooled the world (but only temporarily)
When I met this woman, I committed that she would see what I saw…
When I met this woman, I committed that she would realize that this painful chapter happened FOR HER and NOT TO HER…
When I met this woman, I committed to helping until her paradigm was shifted to where it was meant to be…
I take ZERO credit for the outcome…
But...
This woman - IS ON FIRE!
This woman - LOVES HERSELF!
This woman - FOUND HER WORTH!
This woman - KNOWS THIS ALL HAPPENED FOR HER (not too her)!
